Job Description:

Fever is looking for a Partner Associate (German speaker) to join their team in Madrid. The role involves managing the entire life cycle of big events, acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders, and ensuring all project requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a project management background, be fluent in English and German, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events
main point of contact between all the stakeholders
make sure that all the requirements needed to achieve the project goals have all the necessary documentation
presence on-site might be required during the launch or other important dates

Requirements:

degree qualified with a project management background
1+ years in a project management role or consulting background
fluent level of English and German
strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
solution-focused
strong communication skills
highly organized and efficient
curious and keen to push boundaries
able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
ability to think strategically
able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
collaborative
knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
strong academic background is a plus
