Job Description:

Partner Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of major events and serving as the main point of contact between stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for entire life cycle management of big events from contract signing to final closing
Main point of contact between all stakeholders
Manage other department's tasks to ensure timely delivery
Communicate product needs and process needs to HQ
Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support
Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
On-site presence may be required during event launches

Requirements:

Degree qualified with project management background
1+ years in a project management role or consulting background
Fluent level of English
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
Highly organized and efficient
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty

Nice to have:

Event experience
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram
Strong academic background
Other languages
