Job Responsibility:
Answering the telephone & responding to email enquiries
Liaising with the factory and colleagues on orders
Raising invoices
Processing sales orders & delivery notes
Processing credit notes and collections
Exporting documentation and updating schedules
Entering customer correspondence onto the system
Inputting new customers onto Sage
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Dealing with technical queries (ongoing training provided)
Arranging freight and liaising with customers on freight costs
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
