Job Responsibility

Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres
To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company
To quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend
To assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, which includes - cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles
To be patient and empathic with the passengers and be able to keep them occupied and comfortable on journeys

Performs aircraft grooming and security searches
Perform boarding and gate duties (e.g., assisting and directing guests, making announcements, process standby's and upgrade requests)
Process and secure guest luggage. Files and maintains luggage claims as necessary including damaged, delayed and pilferage
Loads and offloads luggage and cargo with the use of conveyor belts
At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction
