The Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lot and providing excellent customer service to guests.
Job Responsibility:
Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot
Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Assist in moving vehicles as needed
Move vehicles to designated lanes in preparation for weekly sale
Move vehicles to sold area after sale
Retake photos of vehicle once cleaned that are getting ready for the weekly sale as needed
Operate manual transmission vehicles if required
Provide exceptional guest services and hospitality
Requirements:
Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently
Experience in a dealership setting is a plus
Proficient in manual transmission driving
