We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Kansas City, Kansas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of all bookkeeping activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including general ledger entries
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure proper balance and accuracy
  • Prepare and file payroll, federal, and local tax reports in compliance with regulations
