Job Description:

Play a key role as Aspen crafts spaces that build faith by supporting our growing construction team in a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Administration: For assigned projects: Entering consultant agreements, trade partner contracts, and tracking compliance-related items in Procore
  • Safety Program Support: Coordinating safety audits with outside vendors, distributing reports, supplying jobsites with appropriate PPE and safety supplies
  • Managing procurement for safety compliance and brand-related signage
  • General Construction Admin Support: Administration of construction-related training modules
  • Travel arrangement coordination
  • Verification of Procore daily field reports and QA/QC for each project
  • Special projects and general admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a construction-related company
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Procore experience a plus
  • Associates degree preferred
