Our client is seeking a dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day accounting operations during a 3–4 month project. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong bookkeeping fundamentals and hands‑on experience using QuickBooks online or similar accounting software.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Support month‑end close activities
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
Communicate with internal team members regarding outstanding items
Help streamline or document simple accounting processes as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience (part-time or full-time)
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organizational skills
