We're seeking a cheerful and professional Part-Time Administrator to support a CEO and help drive exciting projects forward! If you have a knack for organisation and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence that align with our company goals
  • Assisting with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows seamlessly
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a tidy and functional workspace
  • Engaging with team members and external partners with a cheerful demeanour, promoting a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting senior management
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
