ATA / NVQ level 3
Good Communication skills
Good Decision Making/Problem solving skills
Good H&S knowledge/awareness

Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician

Job Responsibility

Complete all body work, including stripping and refitting trim and panel interior
Refit new / repaired panels and repair small dents and minor body work for accident damaged vehicles
Repair and panel damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with approved Repair Methodology and manufacturers standards
Deliver the highest standard of quality
Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair times
Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles
Accurately report all components, materials and consumables used

Job Responsibility

Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair
Adhere to the manufacturer’s literature and modification bulletins as appropriate to the repair and replacement of chassis and panel work
Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is always maintained, keeping the Company’s tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition
To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment
