Job Description:

The role of a Panel Management Executive is vital in both recruiting and retaining Panelists for the long term. They are responsible for meeting the target quota set by the Project and Field Manager during the recruitment process. Ensuring the ongoing engagement of Panelists and encouraging regular scanning of their shopping trips are among their primary duties. Additionally, they must be readily available to address any concerns or issues that Panelists may encounter along the way.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sourcing and recruiting potential Panelists based on the specific target criteria
  • Making Field visits on Field to Panelists Households to onboard and train the Panelists
  • Gathering demographic data as per the provided script and finalizing the recruitment process. This may involve visiting Panelist households at their convenience to ensure accurate information
  • Introducing Panelists to the purpose and significance of their participation, aiming to spark their interest and willingness to join the Panel
  • Assisting Panelists in troubleshooting by demonstrating the functionalities of the PanelSmart App. Additionally, directing them to the company website for further information about the organization
  • Providing thorough guidance on how to scan products and effectively share the collected data
  • They are excellent listeners, engaging regularly with Panelists, showing empathy, and working proactively to resolve issues
  • They have a strong understanding of the PanelSmart App (or equivalent tools), enabling them to guide Panelists through the platform and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently
  • They handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and helpful responses to all questions or concerns
  • They clearly communicate company services, processes, and policies, ensuring Panelists understand the benefits and opportunities available to them
  • They regularly review Panelist data using GPM (Global Panel Management), provide updates when necessary, and ensure information is always accurate
  • They may conduct occasional household visits to offer training on new software, links, or platform updates, and to reinforce the importance of the Panelists’ contribution
  • They monitor engagement quality, checking receipt submissions and providing feedback to correct scanning mistakes or inconsistencies
  • They help motivate Panelists to participate consistently in activities such as PanelSmart quizzes, LinkQ studies, and monthly incentive programs
  • They provide re‑training whenever needed, ensuring Panelists remain confident and engaged in all required processes
  • They collaborate closely with Senior Panel Management Executives to improve recruitment efforts and enhance overall engagement
  • They keep accurate records of all interactions and update information in GPM systematically to maintain an organized and reliable database

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have at least high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrating effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Exhibiting adeptness in active listening, ensuring a thorough understanding of customers' needs
  • Displaying exceptional interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build a strong rapport with customers
  • Maintaining a patient and empathetic attitude, providing reassurance and understanding to customers
  • Possessing strong time management and organizational skills, optimizing efficiency in handling tasks
  • Being adaptable and flexible, effectively navigating dynamic work environments

Nice to have:

  • This is an entry‑level role, and previous experience is not mandatory
  • However, experience in recruitment, customer engagement, or panel management is considered an advantage and may indicate strong transferable skills
  • Having the ability to speak multiple languages, particularly those commonly used by callers
  • Possessing expertise in phone and software skills, being familiar with GPM, PanelSmart App, Nippo, and Zoiper
  • Exhibiting an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and/or services
