Good all-round knowledge of decorating techniques and materials

Job Responsibility

Prepare and paint surfaces to a consistently high standard
Apply paints, coatings and finishes to internal and external surfaces
Carry out surface preparation including sanding, filling and priming
Apply specialist finishes such as stains and varnishes where required
Work collaboratively across a range of projects to meet programme deadlines
Monitor decorating materials and request stock as required
Ensure works are delivered within agreed budgets
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping on site
Comply with all health and safety requirements at all times
