We are looking for a Paid Social Strategist that will be passionate about social media and its importance in the marketing world. This person will have a sharp understanding of the overall paid social media landscape, drive paid strategy and possess the desire to learn more than social alone.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead social media strategy development, supporting full life cycle of digital campaigns
  • Educate clients and internal teams on social marketing connections value, best practices and ongoing evolution implications
  • Research and recommend program optimizations
  • based on knowledge of platform-specific capabilities, and integrated media opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience with paid social marketing tools a must, i.e. TikTok, IG, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and other emerging platforms (self-service ad tools & social ad tech)
  • Expertise with social insights/listening, social publishing, social media planning/buying/reporting tools, esp. self-serve ad environments
  • Ability to QA ads across all social platforms
  • Understanding of social holistic measurement and how to measure success across different goals
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a previous media agency role

Nice to have:

Experience in other digital or traditional media channels experience a plus
