Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Intern to support our team in maintaining and developing the Client Software Catalog. This role is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in an international IT environment, learn how software and applications are managed within a large organization, and work closely with various internal teams. You will be involved in real tasks, supported by experienced colleagues, and have the chance to build a solid foundation for your future career in IT.

Job Responsibility:

Support in maintaining and updating the Client Software Catalog
Add new software entries based on user requests
Update existing catalog entries according to change requests (RFCs)
Check software data for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with users to clarify information and provide status updates
Cooperate with internal teams such as Application Release Management and Software Product Managers to support their daily work
Inform the Export Control team about newly added software entries and collect their feedback

Requirements:

Current Student
Basic understanding of IT environment
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with documentation and structured data
Basic knowledge of common office tools
Good communication skills
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent English (written and spoken)
