Job Description:

Within the Paid Acquisition team (Marketing & Sales team department) and based in Barcelona, your mission is to drive, plan and execute new growth projects for the PPC team on all markets. Your role consists of setting up, developing and scaling new paid acquisition levers to maintain high growth standards. This is a strategic role for papernest since you will be working on new topics with high growth potential for all the markets as well as a great opportunity to learn go to market strategies and project management skills. Your role will cover several areas : digital marketing, cross team project management, SEA, data analysis and everything it takes to efficiently put in place and test new initiatives. You will be the owner of the profitability of these initiatives being responsible for the KPIs of the e2e funnel, from acquisition costs to conversion rate to revenues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify high potential growth projects: Study new acquisition channels and/or market opportunities (internally or externally) like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, affiliation
  • Structure your approach to prioritize those initiatives based on growth, impact, resources and other criteria
  • Benchmark our competitors and others sectors to find the best practices
  • Project Management: Coordinate with the PPC team to launch projects with the right stakeholders
  • Coordinate with other teams (Operations, Data, CRM etc.) to ensure the initiative have the right environment to perform
  • Promote a test & learn dynamic to continuously improve the results of your tests
  • Analyze: Analyze daily and weekly performances (profitability, deep-dive analysis, actions, recommendations etc.)
  • Work closely with all teams (PPC and the others) to challenge the performances, propose improvement actions, and decide to scale/stop the initiatives

Requirements:

  • Having attended engineering or a business school
  • Experience in analysis: you master Excel, SQL is a plus
  • Having an experience in marketing is an asset
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • Bilingual in French and English, Spanish is a plus
  • Growth mindset: effectiveness, resilience to failures, dedication to the mission
