Job Description:

Our client, is a vibrant and fast-paced events organisation known for delivering high-impact exhibitions and experiences. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA/Sales Operations Manager to support their sales team and ensure seamless operational delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the Plecto Dashboard and updating Trading Reports
Creating new year issues/shows in Dynamics
Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage cancellation processes
Keeping commission trackers up to date
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Creating rebook template contracts and rebook packs
Updating the Sales Performance Tracker (KPIs)
Booking travel for the team
Organising team incentives, vouchers, and prizes

Requirements:

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience of working for C-Suite executives
The ability and confidence to work for senior executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice to have:

Experience in sales operations or PA roles
Familiarity with Plecto or similar performance tracking tools
Background in events or exhibitions
