Overnight Respite Cottage Manager

• Lead a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare's model of care with its Overnight Respite Cottage service in Dubbo
• Recruit, mentor and lead staff, manage budgets, ensure quality and oversee all technical aspects of care provision at the Respite Cottage
• Provide professional, capable and aligned leadership for your team in order to deliver individualised care to our clients

• Certificate IV in Aged Care & a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to build supportive, professional relationships with clients within a relationship-based model of care
• Knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Program Manual, Home Care Packages Program Guidelines, Home Care Common Standards and HammondAtHome Care Worker Enterprise Agreement 2012
• Experience managing a team of skilled professionals in a multi-site environment
• A current drivers licence and willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Empathy, compassion and a genuine interest in helping those in need in our community
