At least 6 years of experience in handling IT Projects or programs
Experience with Process Improvement Methodology including defining and documenting workflow
Experience with Workflow Tools - JIRA, Project Server etc.
Technical project experience in large distributed systems, complex competing environments, Microservices Architecture, Cloud computing etc.
Experience resolving effective program critical metrics and using them to measure program success and identify issues
Experienced in project management tools
Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and able to apply those when best suited

Job Responsibility

Provide program management and guidance to various stakeholders
Develop and manage IT Infrastructure programs and manage deliveries from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, hardware procurement, resource allocation, and project execution
Provide on-site monitoring and enforcement of installation schedules and vendor quality, inspect prospective and completed facilities
Serve as a liaison between all IT teams to ensure alignment with project goal(s)
Facilitate formal turn-over with IT production teams and monitor deliverables until agreed upon launch/deliverable is achieved
Contribute to development of program management processes and methodologies
Applies subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes
Identifies areas where technical solutions would improve business performance
Consults across business operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge
Ensures that the facts and details are correct so that the project’s/program's deliverable meets the needs of the department, organization and legislation's policies, standards, and best practices
