An Oracle Payroll SME is required by Whitehall Resources for a client based in London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days a week expected on-site. The successful candidate will take ownership of Oracle Payroll functionality across a large and complex organisation, supporting enhancements, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping payroll processes and delivering technology-driven outcomes within a modern HR systems environment.

Requirements:
Strong hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll
A deep understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance
Experience in delivering functional enhancements and managing change processes
The ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
Experience working with Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, Balance Definitions, etc.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style
