Job Description:

An Oracle Financials Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for a client based in West London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days a week expected on-site. The successful candidate will support Oracle Financials functionality across a complex Finance environment, assisting with projects, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to multiple systems and processes, providing the opportunity to develop broad expertise and progress towards a subject matter expert level.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a functional or SME role, ideally within Finance or related areas
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as Oracle Financials or ERP Cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including requirements gathering and workshop facilitation
  • Knowledge of business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or related functions
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, user acceptance testing, and system validation
