Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM/Hyperion Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves leading the migration of an on-premise Hyperion environment to Oracle Cloud, working closely with finance and IT teams to enhance financial planning and reporting systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the modernization and optimization of critical business processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the migration process from an on-premise Hyperion environment to Oracle Cloud, ensuring smooth implementation
  • Analyze existing financial models, data structures, and processes to identify areas for improvement and perform extensive data cleanup
  • Collaborate with finance teams to understand requirements related to reporting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation
  • Configure and transition Oracle modules, excluding tax, to align with business needs
  • Validate data integrity throughout the migration process to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Optimize financial systems by reviewing and enhancing models, integrations, and data management
  • Provide expertise in data integration tools and processes, including Oracle Data Management
  • Develop strategies for large-scale data cleanup initiatives, improving system efficiency
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with technical requirements
  • Maintain documentation and provide training to stakeholders as necessary

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working with Hyperion and Oracle EPM technologies
  • Proven track record of successfully migrating on-premise Hyperion environments to Oracle Cloud
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including planning, reporting, and forecasting
  • Expertise in Oracle modules and their configuration for business optimization
  • Experience with evaluating, enhancing, and optimizing financial models and data structures
  • Proficiency in data integration tools such as Oracle Data Management and related technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale data cleaning and migration projects
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with finance and IT teams and provide clear guidance
