Job Description:

Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Engineer role focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Responsible for both Build (projects, evolutions, new flows) and Run (monitoring, maintenance, continuous improvement) activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and internal/external systems (e.g., payroll, IAM, finance, data warehouse)
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant data exchanges using Oracle standards (OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Handle edge cases using HDL/HSDL for bulk uploads and BI Publisher for targeted extractions
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to formalize requirements and participate in architecture and data reviews
  • Document and industrialize deliverables, ensuring proactive monitoring and service quality
  • Contribute to automation and operational reliability within the HR domain

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-7 years in application integration
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar iPaaS
  • SQL/ETL
  • Experience with Oracle HCM (Core HR minimum)
  • Strong expertise in OIC (orchestrations, REST/SOAP adapters, XSLT)
  • SQL
  • HDL/HSDL & BI Publisher (data models, bursting, security)
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM data models (assignments, salaries, org structures)
  • Fluent in English (Expert level)
