Job Description:

As an Oracle Business Applications Consultant, you will analyze business requirements and implement Oracle ERP solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, collaborating with teams, and delivering functional solutions aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
Design, configure, and implement Oracle ERP solutions tailored to client needs
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP applications
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes
Stay updated on Oracle ERP trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant (E-Bussiness Suite and/or Fusion Cloud) or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HR)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus

Nice to have:

Experience with data migration and system upgrades
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Knowledge of SQL and database management
