We’re partnering with a leading insurance organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Optimisation Consultant to join the team. This role will be a pivotal part of their digital product portfolio leading on continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support end-to-end digital optimisation initiatives, from discovery to implementation
  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and digital transformation
  • Align optimisation strategies with strategic business goals and oversee change management adoptions of process improvements
  • Design future-state processes using tools like RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing
  • Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and delivery teams in an Agile environment to prioritise and execute initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of an automation strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs
  • Champion continuous improvement and promote digital thinking across business units
  • Support change and transformation efforts, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and user-centric

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Optimisation Consultant, Business Analyst, or Transformation Lead in a complex environment
  • Extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma (essential experience)
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working in cross-functional squads or project teams
  • Strong background in process design, business process reengineering (BPR), or Lean/Six Sigma
  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism), intelligent automation, and digital platforms
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Insurance or financial services experience is a strong advantage
