The Ops Support Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for providing operational support services including documentation, record maintenance, account imaging, and opening accounts. The position serves as a liaison between operations staff, managers, and clients to deliver day-to-day tasks aligned with Citi’s operational processes.
Job Responsibility:
follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems requiring in-depth investigation or research
provide team assistance including subject matter expertise, training new hires, and leading special projects
conduct basic analysis and research as well as workflow management
support an expansive array of products and services
communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact
analysis and dictamen of complaints presented by users to CONDUSEF
elaboration of responses with evidence aligned with laws, user criteria, institutional policies
follow up on information/documentation requests with various involved areas
send responses to operational specialists for audiences/ordinary management at CONDUSEF
provide support to operational specialists and external lawyers
close cases in systems on time
create assigned reports
administrate and manage case files
proactively implement process improvements
fulfill control requirements with evidence collection for testing
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience
experience working in a business office or operational environment
proficient computer and math skills with a focus on complex databases and spreadsheets
demonstrates technical and administrative expertise
consistently demonstrates attention to detail
demonstrated knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures of a basic work area
high school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have:
desirable experience in dictamen of quejas/aclaraciones related to products and services provided by Banco Nacional de Mexico and Tarjetas Banamex SOFOM
desirable basic knowledge about banking regulations applicable to CONDUSEF complaints/audiences
adaptation to change
knowledge about processes for attention to Audiencias/Gestion Ordinaria Condusef and services the institution provides
