Job Description:

Room service operator position at Le Méridien Riyadh, responsible for taking orders, answering guest questions, processing payments, and maintaining service standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Take room service orders over the phone
Answer questions on menu selections
Answer guest questions about wines
Place and log call back for room service orders
Notify guests and management of service delays
Communicate dietary needs and special requests to kitchen
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Record transactions in MICROS system
Complete closing reports including MICROS reports
Process all payment methods

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
