Job Description:

Join the Crystal Ski team as an Operations Support Agent in France. Act as a key link between resort teams, head office colleagues, and suppliers by providing essential administrative support. Ensure operations run smoothly and support the resort teams in delivering amazing customer service. You will also be involved in office management tasks, guest assistance, and other responsibilities to enhance ski travel experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Help keep guests happy by providing quick, accurate information to resort staff
ensure teams have everything they need to travel to destination and do their jobs without issue
work with resort teams to ensure the content of the Crystal Ski Explorer App is professional, on-brand, useful, and engaging for guests
support guest-facing teams by assisting at the airport or undertaking essential office tasks.

Requirements:

Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding, and winter outdoor life
genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, great team player with excellent communication skills and resilience
high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
self-motivated and able to work independently
confident using IT tools and systems, with strong proficiency in Excel
enjoy driving overseas and confident to drive in snowy conditions
fluent verbal and written English is required and French is desirable
experience in working in an office environment or something similar
happy to be guest-facing.

Nice to have:

Fluent in French.

Salary of 2100€ gross per month
