Operations Support Agent

• Manage petty cash transactions and cash reconciliations
• Office facilities daily maintenance (office supplies, building maintenance, reception, courier)
• TUI Rep support in destination
• Assisting onboarding and offboarding process related to Flights, HR, documents/tasks, Visas
• Device management and register devices given to reps
• Placing orders and delivering uniforms
• Assisting with contracting staff accommodation and car rental
• Health and safety checks for staff accommodation
• Assisting operations support HUB with ad-hoc local staff commissions

• Good administration skills
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Confident with technology
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
• Genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality
• Culturally intelligent individual
• Exceptional dealing with ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
