The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and assisting in onboarding new staff.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of daily operational tasks
Act as a central point of contact for cross-departmental communication, ensuring team collaboration and consistent workflow
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and project timelines to support operational goals
Maintain accurate documentation, files, and records, both online and physical, to ensure compliance and organization
Assist in the creation and distribution of reports, presentations, and updates to leadership and other stakeholders
Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors to address procurement needs
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns as needed to the appropriate team members
Provide support for onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in administrative support or operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive information
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred but not required
