Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AAP Accredited ACH Professional to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves handling critical banking operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining accuracy in payment processing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial systems and a commitment to efficiency and detail.

Job Responsibility:

Process Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments with precision and adherence to industry regulations
Ensure compliance with Nacha standards and manage operational risks effectively
Utilize accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to maintain accurate financial records
Conduct audits and reconcile discrepancies in banking transactions
Manage data entry and processing tasks efficiently to support financial operations
Oversee check processing and ensure timely execution of payment workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes
Monitor budget processes and contribute to financial planning activities
Analyze and report on operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices

Requirements:

Certified Nacha certification holder (or equivalent certification) with expertise in ACH payment operations
Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms
Strong knowledge of financial services and banking
Experience in auditing and reconciling financial transactions
Familiarity with check processing and budget management
Excellent data processing and organizational skills
Ability to analyze operational workflows and implement process improvements
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
