Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating customer orders, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the lifecycle of orders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Accurately process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks, maintaining timeliness and precision
  • Manage the complete order process, from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness
  • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability of materials to meet production and order demands
  • Plan and coordinate raw material requirements, aligning with production schedules and customer needs
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across customer orders, inventory data, and system records
  • Support shipping processes by overseeing customer shipments and ensuring timely delivery
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, vendor invoices, and other financial records to ensure proper documentation
  • Assist in resolving account discrepancies and addressing risk management concerns when necessary

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for order entry and record management
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and order processing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of inventory management and raw material planning
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and vendor invoice processing
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and customers
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts or operations efficiently
