Job Responsibility:
Ensure outstanding service delivery, act as an escalation point for key accounts, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Identify upgrade opportunities across hardware, software, and digital solutions to drive revenue and lifecycle value
Manage regional budget, deliver revenue and margin targets, support invoicing and AR processes, and ensure commercial accuracy
Optimise service processes, ensure SLA compliance, manage resource allocation, and coordinate project delivery
Coach and develop the NSW service team, drive technical competency, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in service operations, project management, or technical leadership (3+ years)
Strong people management and customer relationship skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin performance
Process-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
