The Ops Delivery Engineer is accountable for leading the complete integration lifecycle—from planning through deployment—while guaranteeing product quality, effective collaborator communication, and ongoing process improvement. This role serves as a technical point of contact for customers and collaborates closely with internal and external teams to drive operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and handle integration projects from start to finish, ensuring detailed execution at every stage
Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to the integration process
Offer continuous support and resolve technical issues that arise throughout the integration process
Continuously supervise project progress and deliver regular status reports to all relevant collaborators
Making proposals for improving products, programs and work processes and take part in bringing those improvements to production
Prepare and sustain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing processes
Requirements:
Experienced in handling the technical components of API integration and implementation
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and pinpointing key issues for effective resolution
Ability to analyze logs and solve issues
Reliably lead sophisticated tasks across project and matrix environments simultaneously
Experience with MSSQL, Mongo, XML, Postman
Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal communication skills
