Job Description:

Office Angels are seeking a talented individual to join our clients team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the relationships with stakeholders, carrying out various tasks in Customer Service, Administration and Operations. Job Responsibility:

Oversee day-to-day logistics, ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish
Handle various orders and enquiries
Maintain detailed records of orders, including job details, pricing, specifications, and delivery requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, managing schedule changes and addressing concerns
Communicate with customers and suppliers via email and phone to resolve issues promptly
Utilise knowledge of services to up-sell to customers when appropriate
Provide solutions to customer problems and collaborate with the Operations Manager on proposals and quotes
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
Prioritise excellent Customer Service at all times

Requirements:

Experience of working in a similar role for 1-2 years
Must be a great team player
IT Skills: previous experience with CRM systems is desirable & must have experience in Microsoft Packages
Methodical and excellent attention to detail

Nice to have:

previous experience with CRM systems
