Job Responsibility:

  • Client Engagement: Be the main point of contact for assigned clients. Speak confidently and build relationships!
  • Job Management: Own the entire process from booking and quoting chargeable works to allocating jobs to engineers and subcontractors.
  • Operational Excellence: Support delivery, close jobs, and handle invoicing efficiently.
  • Commercial Focus: Use AI-powered tools to quote and maximise profitability on every job.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a vibrant team of Account Managers, Helpdesk Administrators, and an Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Commercially minded & revenue-focused
  • Confident in customer interactions
  • Experience in reactive maintenance or facilities management
