This role supports smooth day-to-day workplace operations while delivering a positive, safe, and employee-focused experience. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure high standards across pantry services, office hygiene, facilities, and overall workplace support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Housekeeping & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for housekeeping staff, oversee daily activities, and coordinate with vendors to ensure consistent service quality
  • Maintenance & Facilities Support: Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning), support minor office improvements, and ensure issues are resolved with minimal disruption
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Support workplace safety standards, assist with drills and emergency preparedness, and help maintain a safe and compliant office environment
  • Inventory, Procurement & Budget Support: Track office supplies and equipment, support procurement activities, and assist with basic budget tracking related to workplace operations
  • Pantry & Refreshments: Support daily pantry operations, including breakfast and snack arrangements, ensuring hygiene, availability, and timely replenishment
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain operational records and share regular updates on facilities and workplace status
  • Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for workplace-related requests and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Event & Engagement Support: Provide on-ground support for office events, trainings, and employee engagement activities as needed
  • Logistics & Office Support: Support internal logistics such as material movement, deliveries, event setup assistance, and coordination of office supplies and assets
