As an Operations Assistant within EKC Training, you will be a key part of the Operations Team, helping to deliver an efficient, responsive and high-quality service across the College. You will work closely with the Operations Team Leader and Operations Manager, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring systems and processes run seamlessly.
Job Responsibility:
Providing efficient administrative and operational support to the Operations Team
Responding to telephone calls, emails and enquiries from learners, employers and College staff
Using relevant software systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and data
Supporting day-to-day operational processes to ensure a smooth and effective service
Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer service
Requirements:
Recent experience from an FE college or private training provider, ideally in an administrative or funding-related role
Experience administering complex provision, such as apprenticeships
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence
Work collaboratively to ensure funding and learner records are accurate, compliant and up to date
