Join our global TUI Intercruises Operations & Delivery Team as an Operations and Delivery Executive in Phuket. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of excursion bookings, logistics coordination, team collaboration, and any other support requirements for all in-house excursions in Phuket and Khao Lak. This role also ensures a high standard of guest service delivery and operational efficiency both on-site and off-site.
Job Responsibility:
Support & handle all excursion bookings from various sales channels, including Tour Desk, TUI Representatives, online platforms, and third-party operators
Make necessary reservations with suppliers for restaurants (breakfast/lunch), National Park entrance fees, and all other venues for all in-house excursions
Assign guides and transportation services for operations for all in-house excursions in Phuket and Khao Lak
Coordinate with other colleagues at the arrival lounge and pier activities during morning and evening operations
Ensure the lounge is clean and that breakfast and refreshments are prepared and ready each morning
Coordinate with team leader to manage daily operational expenses, including payments to local venues and DMC partners
Oversee scheduling, service tracking, and performance reviews for in-house guides, boat captains, and crew members
Provide service training to ensure the highest quality guest experience
Coordinate and support team leaders to drive sales and marketing efforts by managing third-party customer accounts such as local tour desks, hotel concierges, and local tour operators
Handle general administrative or multi-tasks assigned by your manager and team leader.
Requirements:
Possess excellent customer service skills and experience in the tourism, hospitality, or cruise/tour operations industry
Flexible working in shift patterns (Monday-Sunday) for successful 24/7 operation
Experience and confidence working with diverse teams with a keen drive to deliver excellent results
Confident with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions on how to improve ways of working and drive our digital culture
Agility to adapt to various strategic priorities/projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Thai and English is required for this role
