Our client is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approach to financial reporting and operational analysis. Job Responsibility:
Analyze financial data to create dashboards, forecasts, and sales performance reports that support business decisions
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel techniques to manage and interpret large datasets effectively
Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to address cross-functional challenges and improve processes
Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Maintain clear and precise communication with stakeholders across various departments
Assist in the development and refinement of performance metrics and reporting standards
Adapt to a fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
Support the implementation or transition to new systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and other related platforms
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis tasks
Contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture while driving continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytical role, such as forecasting, sales analysis, or dashboard creation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and wear different hats when working across teams
Experience with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or other financial/sales platforms is advantageous
A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
