Operations Analyst

• Execute daily assigned activities efficiently adhering to set internal or regulatory deadlines
• Investigate any issues that may arise and direct them to the appropriate department
• Support the preparation and submission of internal and external regulatory reports
• Identify procedure gaps and make suggestions for process transformation including reducing manual processes
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
• Learn and understand the products, rules, regulations, procedures, and controls to minimise risk

• Evidence of ability to perform multiple tasks and work towards deadlines
• Able communicator who is articulate and concise with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform a range of tasks/projects and assist with training of other team members
• Comfortable working in a team environment and using own initiative in recommending improvements to existing processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant experience preferred but not necessary
