Job Description:

Entry Level Operations Analyst role at Citi's Commodities Operations Team. A career with Citi means joining a team of more than 230,000 dedicated people from around the globe. The role provides analytical and administrative support with transactions and involves liaising with key stakeholders including Middle Office, Sales, Trading & Legal.

Job Responsibility:

Provide analytical and administrative support with transactions
Liaise with key stakeholders including Middle Office, Sales, Trading & Legal
Complete daily tasks accurately and on time
Identify operational risk to minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
Manage, escalate and resolve all requests, inquiries and issues
Develop a technical understanding of supporting applications and architecture identifying opportunities for improvement and involvement in testing

Requirements:

Ability to multitask in a high-risk environment
Experience in Microsoft packages
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
