Job Description:

Join the TUI team as an Operations Agent in Cancun, responsible for coordinating booking updates with key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage operations at airports and ports while handling last-minute bookings and amendments.

Job Responsibility:

Monitoring and follow up of services planned through the multiple suppliers
Coordinating change and replanning during daily operations, for airport and ports and managing last minute bookings and amendments
Ability to think quickly to replan, according to vehicle availability
Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services
Monitoring and managing constantly any changes, modifications and/or cancellations to be updated in the planning system for running a smooth operation
To meet standards with last minute requests (flight delays, crews, etc)
To ensure portfolio benefits of services impacted for invoice purposes

Requirements:

Strong administration & organisational skills
Can think things through logically to simplify tasks
Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly react to operational issues
Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & embrace our digital culture
Fluent in verbal and written English
Additional languages advantageous
Is a collaborative team player - displaying the TUI values & behaviours required
