Operations Agent

• Organization of groups as their confirmed programs
• Check if the hotels are reserved as the requested program and coordinate all the necessary suppliers for the groups (guides, transportation, restaurants, entrances)
• Contact with our customers, before, during and after the trip, to manage changes, cancelations, new requests, prepayments, solve problems and handle complaints when necessary
• Prepare vouchers and documentation needed for the tour and briefing with the tour leaders / guides prior to starting the tour
• Tracking of bookings received through online channels / platforms
• Create bookings in our system including all the services required for the program and their corresponding costs
• Manage administrative tasks, prepayments and resolve cost discrepancies

• Ability to work as part of a team
• People skills, self-confidence to communicate with your team, other departments, suppliers, and customers
• In unexpected situations remain calm, important work well under pressure and be able to offer empathy to resolve effectively in general – with our team and/or customers
• Willing to learn the requirements of the position, the technology needed to perform it and all about our amazing products and services
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required for this role

• Basic salary which already starts at 51,044,500 IDR gross per year
