Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Makarska or Poreč. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth Service Delivery operations by communicating booking updates, managing reservations, and overseeing excursion operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage reservations in detail
  • monitor terms and conditions of excursions
  • oversee operations during excursion day
  • support, gather, and feedback information on incidents or accidents
  • manage and load bookings into the system

  • collect information for invoicing

  • communicate with Service Delivery team and suppliers
