Job Responsibility

You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
Overseeing Operation during excursion day and Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur
Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations
Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes
Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor
Responsible for loading pick up times into the system and pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets, including any cash reconciliation
