Operations Agent - Excursions

• Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
• monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
• overseeing operation during the excursion day and support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur
• managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations
• guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes
• managing amendments and communicating them to service delivery team and suppliers
• guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.

• Seasonal contract starting from May 2025 ending on 15/11/2025
• basic salary starting at 17.800€ gross per year
