We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Operations Administrator to join our busy operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong administrative skills, and can deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting the day‑to‑day processing of data and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with the processing of data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Reviewing images and data to validate information and identify discrepancies
Handling customer enquiries and appeals via email and telephone, providing clear and professional communication
Updating and maintaining case records within internal systems
Preparing and issuing standard correspondence and notices in line with company procedures
Supporting permit and whitelist management, including updates and regular system checks
Assisting with payment queries, data entry, and general administrative tasks
Working in line with internal processes, data protection requirements, and quality standards
Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team as required
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing
Confident using IT systems and can learn new platforms quickly
Enjoys problem‑solving and can manage their workload effectively
Works well within a team and contributes to a positive working environment
Previous administrative or customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
