Job Responsibility:
Handling a high volume of customer and engineer enquiries via phone and email
Scheduling site visits for field engineers
Ordering equipment and coordinating logistics
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support across the operations team
Requirements:
Proven experience in a busy administrative role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
