Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate records across systems and spreadsheets to support stock and order tracking
Process orders, quotes, and supplier information in line with internal procedures
Monitor shared inboxes, managing queries and escalating where appropriate
Cross-check documentation for accuracy and ensure internal systems reflect the latest updates
Support reporting on outstanding tasks, turnaround times, and overall workflow progress
Keep digital files organised and contribute ideas to improve administrative efficiency
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
Confident using Excel and other data management tools
Clear communicator with good written and verbal skills
Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
Previous experience in an administrative, operational support, or data entry role is preferred
