Job Description:

As the Operational Technology & Information Leader, you’ll guide how we design and grow our OT and cybersecurity capabilities across our wind and solar assets. You'll set architectural directions, lead technical discussions, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards while collaborating across different engineering, digital, and supplier teams.

Job Responsibility:

Setting the architecture direction for SCADA, OT networks, and on-site cybersecurity
Leading technical discussions with project teams and suppliers, making sure we design for long-term performance and security
Supporting the implementation of e.g., on-site buffer servers and industrial network architecture
Making sure our on-site infrastructure aligns with compliance needs (like NIS2), and helping teams stay audit-ready
Translating complex OT concepts into simple, clear guidance for projects, due diligence, and daily operations

Requirements:

10+ years of experience working with OT systems like SCADA, edge devices, and OT networks — ideally in wind, solar or utilities
Proven hands-on experience with OT cybersecurity frameworks like IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIS2 compliance
Strong knowledge of OT asset lifecycle management, from development and construction to operations
A systems view: you can connect OT infrastructure with IT, cloud and enterprise systems in a secure, scalable way
Experience coordinating across engineering, digital, cyber, and vendor teams—even without formal line management responsibility
