Job Description:

The ORM Data Operations role will be responsible for managing ORMs Critical Data elements, Data Quality Rules and DQ Scorecards. The focus would be on data quality, data governance, master data management and adherence to policy, practices, and standards including industry best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Liaise with business/function/regional partners to understand and align Data Governance, and/or Data Risk and Control related work
Support ORM Data Governance, and/or Data Risk and Control activities, as well as adherence to policy, practices, and standards including industry best practices
Ongoing management of ORM owned Critical Data elements, Data Quality Rules and DQ Scorecards
Develops and maintains relationships across the business users and Lines of Defense to better understand and deliver customer requirements by responding to changes in the internal and external business environment
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

Solid experience navigating and networking across an enterprise utilizing internal and external resources within Operational Risk preferred
Previous experience in data quality, data governance, master data management, data conversion and reconciliation roles
Strong global banking experience along with through understanding of banking data structures and products
Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
